This trek is located within the Rakaposhi Range in the region of Hunza - Nagar valley.There are pasturelands on the whole trek only on the top have the glacier moraine, it takes 2-3 hours easy walk to cross the moraine. It is just like Nepal but there are no lodges therefore, we are arranging the camps for the portage we use the animals. From Minapin village the path follows the irrigation channel and crosses the river on a good bridge. The path continues through woods pastures, climbing steeply to the crest of lateral moraine which until now has hidden the huge Minapin Glacier to the left. There are spectacular views from here of Diran peak (7266) excellent view of north face of Rakposhi (7788 m). The narrow path then traverses across slop, which drops away steeply down to the glacier before descending to Tagafari, a narrow field between the lateral moraine and Rakaposhi. If this is as far as you intend to go, it is well worth spending a day here to explore and take in the scenery. From Tagafari, it is possible to cross the Minapin glacier to Kachelly, a summer pasture with superb views of Rakaposhi
